How Clarteon handles information from the project brief form and discovery-call booking, and what will change when Clara goes live.

What the project brief form collects

When you send a project brief, we collect your name, email address, optional company and team size, and the message you write. We also receive the time of submission and the technical signal from our bot check. We use this information only to reply to you and to keep the form safe.

The form saves your brief in our lead database before sending any email. Our providers are Neon (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check) and Vercel (hosting). Each provider processes the data needed for its part of the service.

Discovery-call bookings

When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, the time you choose, your timezone and any notes you add. We use Neon to store the booking record, Resend to send confirmation emails, and Google Calendar to create the event and its Google Meet link. Google processes the event details and sends the calendar invitation.

We keep booking details only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the call, then delete them unless a client relationship or law requires a longer period. You can ask us to remove your booking details sooner.

How long we keep project briefs

We keep project briefs for 12 months from submission, then delete or anonymize them, unless a conversation is active and needs the history. You can ask us to remove your brief sooner.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and measure how fast pages load. It does not set cookies, and Cloudflare states that it does not track individual visitors across other websites. When a page loads, your browser sends Cloudflare information about that visit, such as the page address and how long it took to load. We see only totals, not individual visitors.

Your choices

You can ask for your information to be removed. Email info@clarteon.tech and a person will help.

When Clara goes live

Clara will collect the messages you send and process them with a third-party AI provider so she can reply. This page will name that provider and its retention terms before Clara is switched on.

Legal review

This page is a plain-language draft for review by a qualified lawyer before launch. It is not legal advice.

Next step

Tell us the problem. We will find the clearest way through.

A discovery call is a short conversation about what is slowing you down and what a good outcome looks like.
